My name is Sarah, founder of Sarasbeads & Jewellery. As the business is evolving , Sarasbeads& jewellery is becoming part of a family business. We moved to the UK in 2017 , we are originally from Lebanon and we are glad to offer you a unique range of modern and unusual jewellery that brings a smile to your faces and to your loved ones.

  • All of our jewellery are nickel-free, making it 100% hypoallergenic and perfect for sensitive skin. You can determine your ring size using a ring sizer tool or by measuring the circumference of your finger with a soft measuring tape. For accurate sizing, visit a Ring Size Guide page, or consult with a local jeweller.

All of our Rings, whether they are Gold Plated or Sterling Silver have their sizes included in "US Size" in their respective description (UK Ring sizes are in letters).

For example US "Size 6" is the equivalent to UK "Size L" for all Rings and so on!

So make sure to check all of our Rings out in their respective description :)

To keep your jewellery looking pristinely well, you can do so many things, such as:

  • Store pieces separately to avoid scratches.
  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals.
  • Clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
  • Be gentle with them :)

Our exchange policy “only” covers gold-plated and sterling silver jewellery such as bracelets, rings, and necklaces. You have 72 hours period allocated to you from the time your order arrives to you to decide if you want to exchange or not.

  • Condition: Items and Packaging must be in pristine condition, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Inspection: All returns will be thoroughly inspected before receiving a green light for an exchange.

  • Worn or Unworn Personalised, Engraved, and Customised items as they are made uniquely for you and you only.

These restrictions ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our valued customers, as items that come into direct contact with the body and face must adhere to health and safety regulations. Once these items leave our facility and undergo any form of use or handling, we can no longer guarantee their pristine condition or original authenticity.

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the carrier's tracking portal.

  • In case of an online exchange, please only purchase both the return label and postage label via the courier: “DPD, Royal Mail or Evri” to our Facility address (see contact information) in order to get your items delivered to us and sent back to you once we receive your original purchase, as we do not provide that like mentioned in our Refund Policy.
  • Should you proceed with an Online Exchange, the best way to do so is to make a new order within 72 hours of receiving your original order and mentioning what you ordered or your order number in the notes section at checkout.
  • For a Physical Exchange, please bring your order to our Store at Harrow and have your order number and receipt ready.
  • A 72 hour window applies for both options after receiving your order.

While it's ultimately your decision whether you wish to shower with your jewellery on to ensure it's pristine condition, we have a few recommendations:

  • Sterling Silver Jewellery: You can usually shower with sterling silver jewellery as the shine will remain intact as it's made from pure silver, and no your sterling silver jewellery won't turn black if you shower with them.
  • Gold-Plated and Beaded Jewellery: For these types of jewellery, we 100% recommend removing them before showering to maintain their shine and prolong their lifespan. We will not offer refunds or exchanges if you decide to shower while wearing gold-plated or beaded jewellery and they change color or tarnish.

At the end of the day, it takes less than 10 seconds to remove your jewellery, and that will ensure it stays precious and beautiful for longer.

  • For Sterling Silver and 18 Karat Gold Plated Bracelets, Rings, Necklaces, and Stud Earrings you have the option at checkout (via notes) to choose between Elegant Individual Boxes or Elegant Organza Pouch. 
  • If you do not choose an option after Purchase via the note section between an Elegant Individual Box or an Elegant Organza Pouch prior to dispatch, we will randomly allocate one of the two for you.
  • All other items will be packaged only in an Elegant Organza Pouch.

We kindly request that our customers handle our items with care and respect during in-person interactions, ensuring they are tried on with diligence and consideration. While we encourage trying on items to find the perfect fit, deliberate damage or alteration, such as piercing earrings for example, will result in a charge equal to the full price of the item. Alternatively, we reserve the right to file a claim for compensation. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and integrity of our products for all guests to enjoy.   • If you do opt to purchase your item on our website while at our kiosk, please note a 2-4 day is mandatory before pickup. This ensures compliance and quality.
  • Once you choose a shipping method and proceed with payment, it can't be changed. For store pickup in general, you'll be notified by email when ready, with a 14 day collection window. After 14 days, your items will be placed on sale again and a refund won't be issued if your order is not yet collected.
  • Kindly note, in case of a physical exchange, please have your order number and/or receipt ready in order to speed up the process upon your arrival :)
