My name is Sarah, founder of Sarasbeads & Jewellery in 2019. In 2021, I turned my hobby and passion into a business :). As the business is evolving, Sarasbeads & Jewellery is becoming part of a family business.
We are originally from Lebanon and we are glad to offer you a unique range of modern and unusual jewellery that brings a smile to your faces and to your loved ones.
At Sara's Beads & Jewellery, we pride ourselves on using only the highest quality materials for all of our Jewellery and beads. All of our Jewellery are NICKEL-FREE, making it 100% hypoallergenic and perfect for sensitive skin. Each piece is extremely unique and meticulously crafted to ensure durability and elegant beauty. Our commitment to quality ensures that every item not only looks stunning but also stands the test of time, providing you with timeless elegance and comfort.

1. Handmade 18-Karat Gold Plated Jewellery made of Brass, Real Precious and Semi-Precious Stones.
2. Pure 925 Sterling Silver Jewellery made of Pure & Real Zirconia stones and are also Rhodium Plated.
3. Handmade Beaded Jewellery that include Semi-Precious Stones, Lava Stones, Glass Stones, Crystals, and Pearls with a variety of silver charms. All of our Handmade Beaded Jewellery are made of Excellent &
Exquisite Quality allowing you to enjoy them on a daily basis.
YES, YES, YES! Our handmade, handcrafted semi-precious stones are 100% REAL. Why would we offer anything less? Each piece is crafted with perfection and care, using delicately handcrafted 18-karat gold-plated jewellery. We pride ourselves on delivering unmatched quality and authenticity in every creation.

- Our Standard Tracked Delivery option for orders below £30 within the UK is just £3.99 and it usually takes 2-7 days Working Days from the day we "Dispatch" your order for it to arrive to you.
- We ONLY deliver TRACKED ORDERS and you will ALWAYS receive a tracking number after we dispatch your order to monitor the status of your shipment. Your order may require a signature upon it's arrival!
- We also offer NEXT DAY and Faster Delivery option, for just £8.95! (This options excludes Sundays & Bank Holidays and the order must be purchased before 15 PM on Weekdays and 11h AM on Saturday). If purchased after those hours, your order should arrive to you the next working day :).
- You also have the option to collect your order for FREE at our store. Your order will usually be ready within 48 hours and you will have 14 days to collect it.

- YES, ABSOLUTELY! We currently ONLY Ship TRACKED orders to 235 countries Worldwide.
- At this moment in time, we only offer "Free" Tracked Worldwide Delivery for orders of £199 and above.
- Our ONLY current option is "TRACKED" Standard International Delivery for just £12.95 for orders below £199, and it usually takes 5 to 10 Working Days after dispatch depending on the country and continent. You may need to sign upon arrival of your order to confirm delivery.
- Please note that ALL initial prices and RRP listed on our website are in £GBP (Great British Pounds).
Some of our jewellery are produced in bulk, making it easier to restock when popular. We primarily work on demand, so the more our customers love a piece, the more likely it will return. However, certain pieces are limited editions and may not be restocked once sold out. This is especially true for silver items, which are often unique and may not be available again. Gold-plated pieces tend to be restocked more often.

Coverage: Exchange policy applies only to gold-plated and sterling silver jewellery (bracelets, rings, necklaces). You have 72 hours from delivery to decide on an exchange.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the original item and receiving the new one.
Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. All components must be returned together for a successful exchange.
Processing Time: Allow 1 to 5 working days for returns to be processed. Once accepted, we recommend purchasing the desired item separately.
Price Adjustment: If the new item is priced differently, we will refund the difference after receiving the original item in it’s expected condition.
Fair policy fees and shipping costs may apply!
For strict quality assurance and hygiene reasons, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for the following items, regardless of their condition:
• Worn or Unworn Gold-Plated dangling earrings, stud earrings, cufflinks, and bangles.
• Worn or Unworn Sterling Silver dangling earrings, stud earrings, nose rings, bangles, and anklets.
• Worn or Unworn Beaded bracelets, necklaces, anklets, keychains, and charm earrings.
• Worn or Unworn Personalised, Engraved, and/or Customised beads or jewellery as they are made uniquely for you and you only.
• Sale items and Gift cards.
These restrictions ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our valued customers, as items that come into direct contact with the body and face must adhere to health and safety regulations. Once these items leave our facility and undergo any form of use or handling, we can no longer guarantee their pristine condition or original authenticity.

- Yes, we repair or replace! If a diamond or zirconia falls out within 7 to 14 days of purchase, we will assess the item to determine whether it can be repaired or replaced.
- Covers sterling silver jewellery: Applies to rings, necklaces, bracelets, and similar items, including clasps or chain repairs.
- Fair evaluation: Once we evaluate the damage, we will proceed with either a repair or replacement depending on your choice, ensuring the solution is fair and reasonable for both parties.
- Shipping or Drop-off: Customers can ship the item to us at their own expense or bring it to our location in Harrow in person. Please take clear photos of the item from all angles before sending or dropping it off. Once we receive the item, we’ll assess the issue and proceed with the appropriate repair or replacement.
- No refunds: This policy allows us to maintain affordable services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Yes! To get a discount, simply subscribe to our newsletter and email us a picture of your Blue Light ID or Student ID alongside a second form of identification. Once verified, we’ll send you a discount code of 5% straight to the email you used to sign up to our newsletter!
While it's ultimately your responsibility and decision whether you wish to shower with your jewellery on to ensure it's pristine condition, we have a few recommendations:
• Sterling Silver Jewellery: While we don't recommend it, you can usually shower with sterling silver jewellery, the shine will remain intact as it's made from pure 925 silver, and NO your sterling silver jewellery won't turn black if you shower with them.
• Gold-Plated and Beaded Jewellery: We 100% recommend removing them before showering to maintain their shine and prolong their lifespan. We will not offer refunds or exchanges if you decide to shower while wearing gold-plated or beaded jewellery and they change colour or tarnish.
At the end of the day, it takes less than 10 seconds to remove your jewellery, and that will ensure it stays precious and beautiful for longer.
Take well care of them and keep them shiny, they are beautiful :).
- In line with fair policies for exchanges, an automatic fee of 3% will be charged when processing your refund.
- For UK orders, any additional delivery fee may be deducted from your total refund depending on what method you have selected at checkout, if your order is priced lower than £30.
- For Worldwide exchanges, a £11.95 delivery fee will be deducted if your order is priced lower than £199.
- In case of an online exchange, please only purchase TRACKED Return Postage labels via Royal Mail or Evri to our Facility address (see contact information) in order to return and exchange your order.
- We will deal with shipping your new order to your address once we approve your return but a 3.99£ delivery fee will be deducted from your original order if your original order is below 30£ for UK Orders Only and a 10.99£ Delivery fee if your order is below 199£ for Worldwide Delivery.
- During an Online Exchange, the best way to do so is to make a new order within 72 hours of receiving your original order and mentioning what you ordered or your order number in the notes section at checkout.
- For a Physical Exchange, please bring your order within usually 72 hours to our Store at Harrow and have your order number and receipt ready.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our website or through the carriers tracking portal.
You may also need to sign upon arrival of your order to confirm delivery.
To keep your jewellery looking pristinely well, you can do so many things, such as:
• Store pieces separately to avoid scratches.
• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals.
• Clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
• Be gentle with them :)
You can determine your Ring Size using a Ring Sizer tool or by measuring the circumference of your finger with a soft measuring tape. For accurate sizing, visit a Ring Size Guide page, or consult with a local jeweller.
All of our Rings, whether they are Gold Plated or Sterling Silver have their sizes included in "US Sizing" in their description.
For example US "Size 6" is the equivalent to UK "Size L" for all Rings and so on!

- Yes, but only for Handmade Beaded Jewellery!
- Whether It's a Bracelet, Necklace or Anklet, at Sara's Beads, we love bringing your unique vision to life.
- You can contact us with your ideas, our design team will work closely with you to create a bespoke piece that matches your style and preferences and we'll take it from there with the payment if the interest is legit :).
- Please note that we charge +£2 per customised Bracelet & +£5 per customised Anklet or Necklace.

• All of our jewellery pieces and collections are designed for daily wear, ensuring durability and long-lasting beauty as they are made to make you smile everyday :).

• Contact us if you have any concerns, and we will resolve your issue. This will help us address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
• Please avoid making false claims, as they will be verified.
• For Sterling Silver and 18 Karat Gold Plated Bracelets, Rings, Necklaces, and Stud Earrings they usually arrive to you in Elegant Individual Boxes.
• All other jewellery will be packaged in Elegant Organza Pouches and won't come with boxes.
We kindly request that our customers handle our items with care and respect during in-person interactions, ensuring they are tried on with diligence and consideration. While we encourage trying on items to find the perfect fit, deliberate damage or alteration, such as piercing earrings for example, will result in a charge equal to the full price of the item. Alternatively, we reserve the right to file a claim for compensation. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and integrity of our products for all guests to enjoy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• If you do opt to purchase your item on our website while at our kiosk, please note a 2-4 day is mandatory before pickup. This ensures compliance and quality checks.
• Once you choose a shipping method and proceed with payment, it can't be changed. For store pickup in general, you'll be notified by email when ready, with a 14 day collection window. After 14 days, your items will be placed on sale again and a refund won't be issued if your order is not yet collected.
• Kindly note, in case of a physical exchange, please have your order number and/or receipt ready in order to speed up the process upon your arrival :)

Finding My Passion in Tough Times
Saras Beads & Jewellery began as a hobby to capture happy moments through handmade bracelets and necklaces. Each piece is crafted with love, turning challenging times into beautiful creations that bring joy and positivity to others.
SARAH'S INSPIRATION
Sarah was born and lived her childhood in Beirut, Lebanon. She founded Saras Beads and Jewellery. She started the business by making unique bracelets inspired by the colours of the Mediterranean Sea.
COMMUNITY SHOWCASE
Our first stall was at Lycée International de Londres Winston Churchill and St. Nicholas Primary School, which later became Buxlow Primary School. These were the schools of our children, and we were able to showcase our products to both communities.
The success of those events motivated us to participate in other community events in Harrow, Wembley, and Edgeware.
EXPANDING MARKET REACH
Building on that, we started trading at Windsor, Burnt Oak, Watford, Gravesend, Headstone, Richmond, Romsey, Oxford, Bicester, Reading, Newbury, Southampton, Coventry, Enfield, the London Stock Exchange, the London Designer Outlet, Westfield Stratford, Westfield White City, Kensington, Fulham, Acton, and Islington.
STORE OPENING SUCCESS
We finally opened our first store at St. George’s Shopping Centre in Harrow.
It was all a combination of Sarah's persistence and consistency and the support of her family, Khalil, Yusuf, Mohamad, and Karim.
The journey started with beads and charms and evolved to include bespoke Sterling Silver and Handmade Gold Plated Jewellery with semi-precious stones.
