Shipping Policy

Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping, Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days from the date your order is confirmed.

Shipping within the UK is free on orders of £35 or more. For orders under £35, shipping charges will apply at checkout.

We currently offer the following UK delivery options:

Standard Delivery — £3.99

Standard Delivery usually arrives within 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Next Working Day Delivery — £6.49

Next Working Day Delivery is available for orders placed before the following cut-off times:

• Monday to Friday: before 2:00pm

• Saturday: before 10:00am

Orders placed after these cut-off times will usually be processed on the next working day.

Please note that delivery times exclude Sundays and Bank Holidays. While we do our best to meet the stated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, seasonal demand, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Click & Collect

You can also choose to collect your order for free from our shop:

To collect your order, please bring your order confirmation, receipt, or order number.

If you choose Click & Collect, we will contact you by email or message once your order is ready for collection. Please do not visit the shop to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready.

If you place an online order while visiting the shop in person, please note that a processing period may still apply before your order is ready for collection. This allows us to complete order checks, stock checks, quality checks, and transaction processing.

Once you choose a delivery method at checkout, whether delivery or Click & Collect, we may not be able to change it after payment has been completed.

Click & Collect orders should be collected within 14 days of receiving your collection confirmation. If your order has not been collected after this period, we may contact you to arrange collection, delivery, cancellation, or another suitable option.

International Delivery

We ship internationally and currently offer the following options:

Tracked Standard Delivery — £13.29

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Tracking updates are normally available throughout your order’s journey, including movement through warehouses, cities, countries, and customs. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Non-Tracked Delivery — £7.29

This is a lower-cost delivery option and does not include full tracking. You will usually receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched, but tracking updates may be limited or unavailable after that point.

Delivery usually takes 6–10 working days after dispatch, although it may take longer depending on the destination, customs, and local postal services.

We recommend choosing the tracked delivery option for a more secure and visible delivery service.

Free Tracked Worldwide Delivery

We offer free tracked worldwide delivery on orders of £199 or more.

Currency

All prices and RRPs listed on our website are in GBP (£ Pounds Sterling).

Customs, Duties and Import Charges

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply depending on your country. These charges are not controlled by Saras Beads & Jewellery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery delays may also occur if your order is held by customs.

Online Exchanges

For online exchanges, customers are responsible for arranging and purchasing the return postage label and the postage label for the replacement item, unless otherwise agreed with us.

Please use a reliable courier such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri and send returns only to the return address provided by Saras Beads & Jewellery.

Delays

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, exceptional demand, stock issues, or courier delays, we will contact you by email or phone if there is expected to be a delay in dispatching your order.

We understand the importance of your purchase and will keep you updated throughout the process.

Packaging

We take great care when packaging your order to help ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

For sterling silver and 18K gold plated bracelets, rings, necklaces, and stud earrings, you may request either:

• an elegant individual box, or

• an elegant organza pouch.

If no preference is added in the order notes before dispatch, we will select one of the two packaging options for you.

All other items will be packaged in an elegant organza pouch unless stated otherwise.
