Please read very carefully our Shipping Policy

Shipping, Dispatch and Delivery Timeframe

    • We strive to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from the date of your order confirmation.
    • Shipping within the UK is "FREE" on all products subject to a minimum purchase of £35. There are no shipping charges for orders delivered within the United Kingdom subject to a minimum purchase of £35.
    • We offer both Standard and NEXT DAY delivery options: Standard Delivery means your item should arrive to you within 3 to 7 working days from when we "Dispatch" your order (that usually takes 1 to 5 working days) priced at just £3.99, while NEXT DAY Delivery ensures your item arrives to your house the NEXT WORKING DAY and it’s priced at £6.49. This options excludes Sundays & Bank Holidays and the order must be purchased before 16 PM on Weekdays and 11h AM on Saturday. If purchased after those hours, your order should arrive to you the next working day :).
    • You also have the option to come collect your order for FREE from our Kiosk at St George’s Shopping Centre (Ground Floor, Next To B&M and Haute Dolci) in Harrow. All you need to do is show us your receipt and/or order/s number so we can give you your purchase.
    • Kindly note, if you do opt to purchase your item on our website while in-person at our kiosk, please note that a processing period of 2-4 days is mandatory before your item will be available for pickup. This policy ensures compliance with regulatory standards and facilitates quality checks and transaction processing. Your understanding is greatly appreciated as we maintain our commitment to operational integrity and strive to deliver excellent service.
    • Please note that once you choose a shipping method and proceed with payment, whether it's store pickup or delivery, you won't be able to change it later, even if plans change or emergencies arise later on.
    • If you choose store pickup, you will receive an email or message from us saying it's ready for collection and will be given 14 days to collect. Kindly note that if your order still hasn't been collected after the 14-day mark, it will be made available for sale again. It's not our responsibility if it sells out after this period that was promised and provided to you and we won't be able to refund you as this policy was made clear beforehand.
    • We do Ship WORLWIDE and currently offer THREE Options that are described below:
      1. TRACKED STANDARD DELIVERY: Priced at £13.29, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. You’ll receive updates at every stage of your order’s journey, including movement through warehouses, cities, countries, and customs. A signature may be required upon delivery.
      2. NON-TRACKED DELIVERY: Priced at just £7.29, this option is £5.95 cheaper than the tracked service but does NOT include tracking. You’ll only be notified when the item is shipped from us, and the next update will be upon its delivery to you. Delivery typically takes 6 to 10 working days, though it may take longer depending on the destination.
      3. FREE TRACKED WORLDWIDE DELIVERY on orders starting from £199 and above.


      Please note that ALL prices and RRP listed on our website are in £GBP (Great British Pounds).

    • In case of an online exchange, please only purchase both the return label and postage label via the courier: “DPD, Royal Mail or Evri” to our Facility Address only in order to get your items delivered to us and sent back to you once we receive your original purchase, as we do not provide that like mentioned in our Refund Policy.

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or exceptional demand, if there are expected delays in dispatching your order, we will promptly inform you via email or phone. We understand the importance of your purchase and will keep you updated throughout the process.

*DISCLAIMER: By choosing the NON-TRACKED DELIVERY option, we cannot take responsibility for any delays, lost items, or damage that may occur once the item has been dispatched. This option is offered as a low-cost alternative, and WE RECOMMEND selecting the TRACKED option for more secure delivery.

PACKAGING 

    • We take utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure they reach you in “Pristine Condition”. For Sterling Silver and 18 Karat Gold Plated Bracelets, Rings, Necklaces, and Stud Earrings you have the option to choose between Elegant Individual Boxes or Elegant Organza Pouch. If you do not choose after Purchase via the note option between an Elegant Individual Box or an Elegant Organza Pouch prior to dispatch, we will randomly allocate one of the two for you.
    • All other items will be packaged only in an Elegant Organza Pouch.
