Do you have a physical shop?
Yes. We have a physical shop at The Green Quarter in Southall. Customers are welcome to visit us in-store to browse our jewellery, handmade beads, gifts, accessories and services.
What do you sell?
We sell a range of jewellery and gifts, including 925 sterling silver jewellery, 18K gold plated jewellery, handmade beaded jewellery, bracelets, necklaces, rings, earrings, keychains, bookmarks, eyeglass holders, gifts and accessories.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes. Click & Collect is available from our Southall shop.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you by email or message. Please wait until you receive confirmation before visiting the shop to collect your order.
Do you offer UK delivery?
Yes. We offer UK delivery. Standard Delivery and Next Working Day Delivery options are available at checkout.
UK delivery is free on orders of £35 or more.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide and offer international delivery options, including tracked and non-tracked delivery.
Free tracked worldwide delivery is available on orders of £199 or more.
What materials are your jewellery made from?

Do you offer ear piercing?
Yes. Saras Beads & Jewellery offers ear piercing services in-store. Please contact us or visit the shop for availability, prices, age requirements and further details.
Do you offer nose piercing?
Yes. We offer nose piercing services in-store, subject to availability and suitability. Please contact us or visit the shop for more information.
Do you offer bead workshops?
Yes. We offer creative bead workshops where customers can make bracelets, necklaces, keychains and other personalised designs.
Workshops are suitable for children and adults. Children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
Can I book a birthday activity or private workshop?
Yes. We can host small creative sessions for birthdays, friendship bracelets, family activities and group workshops, subject to availability.

Can I buy gifts in-store?
Yes. Our Southall shop offers jewellery, handmade beads, accessories and gift items suitable for birthdays, special occasions, thank-you gifts and everyday treats.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.
For hygiene reasons, some items such as earrings and piercing-related products may not be returnable unless faulty. Please check our Refund Policy before placing your order.
How long does dispatch take?
We aim to dispatch online orders within 1–3 working days from the date your order is confirmed.
