We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these guidelines. Please take good care of your jewellery to ensure its longevity.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

As artisans, we pour our creativity and expertise into every piece we create. To uphold our commitment to quality, we do not offer refunds. Each item is crafted with care, and we stand behind the craftsmanship of our work. By abstaining from refunds, we ensure that our customers receive items that meet our exacting standards consistently and precisely.

Exchange Policy for Jewellery

Our exchange policy "only" covers jewellery pieces made of gold-plated and sterling silver, such as bracelets, rings, and necklaces. Once you receive your item/s, you have 72 hours to decide whether you want to proceed or not. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item or items you have within the 72-hour window allocated to you once your original purchase is delivered to you.

Please note that if you choose to proceed with an exchange, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost from your address to our facility and then from our facility to your address in order to receive your new item/s. Therefore, should you wish to return an item or items for exchange, kindly arrange the return postage and shipping label at your own expense.

To qualify for an exchange, the item, including its original packaging, must be in pristine condition, 100% unworn, and damage-free. It's imperative that all components be returned together for a successful exchange process. 

We understand that preferences may evolve and are pleased to facilitate exchanges within this timeframe. Please refrain from making false claims, as the jewellery will be thoroughly checked and inspected upon arrival for exchange.

Please allow 1 to 5 working days for the return to be processed once it arrives at our facility. Once the return arrives and is accepted, we recommend proceeding with a separate purchase for the desired item within the price range of the original purchase. That ensures a swift and satisfactory resolution to your request.

Simultaneously, you usually have 72 hours from the date of arrival of your order If you wish to exchange your item. Suppose the new item is priced lower or higher than your original purchase. In that case, we will refund the difference once we receive your original item in the expected condition. 

In line with our fair policies, we charge a restocking fee of 3% when processing your refund. After returning your original order, a £3.99 delivery fee applies if your order is below £35. It will be deducted from your total refund once we reprocess your order.

For international orders on top of the restocking fee, a £12.95 delivery fee is applicable if your new order is below £199.

For exchanges, please adhere to our policy guidelines to avoid the risk of not receiving a refund for your original purchased items. Items must be returned in pristine condition, with both the jewellery pieces and the packaging free and intact from any signs of wear or tear. For a successful exchange process, it's imperative that all components be returned together. Failure to meet these criteria may result in the inability to process a refund for the exchanged items.

Finally, please note that in case of an exchange, once the original purchase is made and your item/s are delivered to your address, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the original item/s being delivered back to us and/or the new exchanged items being delivered back to you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Jewellery   

Please be aware that for strict quality assurance and hygienic reasons, we will not accept refunds or exchanges for worn or unworn gold-plated earrings, gold-plated cufflinks, gold-plated bangles, sterling silver dangled and stud earrings, sterling silver nose rings, sterling silver bangles, sterling silver anklets, beaded bracelets, beaded necklaces, beaded anklets, keychains, and charm earrings, no matter their condition.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our valued customers. Due to health and safety regulations, certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and cleanliness purposes. This typically includes products such as personal care items and items that come into direct contact with the body and face. These restrictions are in place to ensure the integrity and safety of our products for all customers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Once those items leave our facility and undergo any form of use or handling, whether worn or not, we can no longer guarantee their pristine condition or uphold their original authenticity.

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for personalised, engraved, and customised orders. Due to the personalised nature of these items, each piece is meticulously crafted to your specifications, making it unique and tailored specifically for you. We strive to ensure that every detail meets your expectations. 

Furthermore, you can personalise your order at our conveniently located kiosk in Harrow. In that case, we request that you retrieve your custom-designed items within 14 days of purchase. This ensures that your meticulously tailored products are promptly available for your enjoyment and prevents potential misplacement or loss. Please note that if you still need to collect your order 14 days after your purchase date, we are not responsible for any items misplaced or lost.

For store pickup, you will be notified by email when ready, with a 14-day collection window. After this, your items will be placed on sale again, and a refund will not be issued if your order is not collected after 14 days.

Sadly, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items and gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and promptly notify us if you encounter any issues, such as defects, damages, or receiving the wrong item.

Please let us know, and we will sort you out. This allows us to promptly address any concerns and ensure your satisfaction. 

Kindly refrain from making false claims, which will be checked upon arrival.
